Magnuson Park - Sandpoint/Wedgwood
Very fun park. Crowded on a nice day. The entrance lets you into a dirt / woodchip field - lots of room for running and ball throwing. The main attraction is the waterfront. Follow a long, fenced path to the lake beach; only disadvantage is it's a smaller area and therefore can be very crowded - not a lot of room to really cut loose and run, but very fun for jumping in nice, clean water. There is water and poop bags available at the entrance and water halfway down the path to the lake. There is a picnic table and some nice sitting spots at the beach. Completely fenced. Tucker rates it 4 stars out of 5. (minus 1 star only because of the smaller beach area) |
